I want to thank all my new followers. Thank you for the support. Hope you can be patient with me while I try to keep creating more inventory. I'm like most women...very busy! But I love to create these pieces & it is basketball season, so as long as there's a game to watch I'll be sitting at my work table working & cheering for my poor Phoenix Suns....I still love them, I always will:)

Took a break from the beads & buttons today to go outside & chop firewood.

When I was done my four year old said..."Mom your Awesome!" Now if only I could get that out of the fourteen year old!

WoW! I've been featured!

I'm so excited to be featured on one of my favorite blogs..."LollyJane Boutique". The holidays are over & I've been planning on getting to work & building up my inventory. I won't have any lawns to mow or weeds to hoe till at least May soooo... I'm looking forward to many hours at my work table playing with all my treasures & turning them into something special. Most of what I create are one of a kind pieces.

My husband & I are hunters...he hunts anything with antlers & I hunt anything that sparkles! I love finding vintage buttons & rhinestones. When I find a great lot of vintage buttons it makes my day!

Finally...something new!

I've had this image of a windmill for quite awhile waiting to turn it in to something for my sister Jody. It turned into this pendant with a vintage rhinestone button & ruby red glass bead. She's not much for jewelry...I'm trying to convert her!
This pink & white necklace is made using silver chain with beads wrapped in silver wire with a fun cluster of vintage rhinestone buttons & more of the pink & white beads.

I loved this talk by Elder Uchtdorf. It really touched my heart when I heard it. I was so happy to find this video based on that talk. The message is so personal & I hope anyone who watches it will be uplifted & inspired. I've watched it many times...I usually watch it when I'm feeling not so great about myself & I'm usually in tears by the end of it.
